Ans. Rule of law refers to that the law is equally applicable to each and every citizen and they have to follow it. It does not discriminate on any basis, like- Rich and Poor, Educated or Uneducated, etc.

Ans.  A democratic society is where every person has been given equal social and political status, citizens have been given equal opportunities in every area.
